Just take a moment to appreciate the amount of detail that has gone into this. The shading, the lines, everything is just stunning. I mean, I’m not one to hang stuff on walls (because I’m scared it might fall and break 😬), but I would make an exception for this beauty.
The technique used here is pyrography, which means to “write with fire”. And boy, has that fire worked its magic! This particular piece has a deer and a tree, and a buck in the background. The brown tones used for the wood are just perfect, and the way they’ve been used to create the texture of the deer’s fur and the tree’s bark is just mind-blowing. 💥
Add to that some humor!
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m getting some serious Kelly Kapoor vibes from this. 😂 Or maybe it’s just me. Anyways, back to the art - I love how the buck in the background is just chilling, minding its own business, and probably wondering what the deer is up to. You know what they say, curiosity killed the cat…or the buck, in this case. But hey, it was totally worth it, because this piece turned out one of a kind.
