Printable Teeth Chart

Y’all ever been to the dentist and had no clue what they were talking about with all them numbers and letters? Well, fear not my sistas and brothas, ‘cause we got a tooth chart that’ll have you speakin’ dentist lingo like it’s your first language.

Tooth Chart Printable

Tooth Chart PrintableThis chart shows all them pearly whites in your mouth, and even the ones you ain’t got no more. You might be thinkin’, “Why do I need to know this fancy chart?” Well, folks, it’s important ‘cause it helps the dentist know what’s goin’ on in your mouth. They can see if you got cavities, broken teeth, or any other problems that need fixin’.

Now, let’s break it down. The chart has three main parts: the top teeth, the bottom teeth, and the ones in the back of your mouth. Each tooth is assigned a number and a letter, so the dentist can tell which tooth they’re workin’ on.

Top Teeth

Top Teeth Tooth ChartIn the top part of the chart, you’ll see all them chompers up top. The front six teeth are your incisors, and they help you take bites out of your favorite foods. The next two teeth on the side of your incisors are your canine teeth, and they help you tear into tough foods like meat. The next eight teeth are your premolars and molars, and they crush and grind up your food so you can swallow it down.

Bottom Teeth

Bottom Teeth Tooth ChartThe bottom part of the chart is just like the top, except flipped upside down. The front six teeth are your lower incisors, and the next two on the side are your lower canines. The bottom eight teeth are your premolars and molars, just like on the top.

Back Teeth

Back Teeth Tooth ChartNow for them teeth in the back of your mouth. You might be thinkin’, “What’s the big deal? Nobody can even see those teeth!” Well, my friends, those teeth are mighty important. They’re called your wisdom teeth, and they usually come in when you’re a teenager or young adult. Some people don’t even get ’em at all!

The wisdom teeth are numbered 1 through 4, and they’re located in the back corners of your mouth. Sometimes they can cause a lot of pain and need to be removed by the dentist. Other times, they don’t cause any problems at all and can stay put.

So there you have it, folks. Now you know all about them teeth in your mouth and what they’re called. Hopefully next time you go to the dentist, you’ll have a better idea of what they’re talkin’ about. Keep them teeth healthy and clean, y’all!
