Printable Foam Roller Exercises

Are you feeling the burn after a good workout? Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered with some foam rolling stretches that will ease those muscles and have you feeling brand new in no time!

Foam Roll Stretch #1

Foam Roll Stretch #1Start by sitting on the foam roller with your feet on the ground and your knees bent. Place your hands behind you with your fingers facing away from your body. Slowly roll the foam roller up and down your back, pausing when you reach a tender spot. Take deep breaths and allow the foam roller to work out any knots or tension in your back muscles.

Foam Roll Stretch #2Lie on your back with the foam roller under your upper back. Cross your arms over your chest and lift your hips off the ground. Slowly roll the foam roller up and down your upper back, pausing when you reach a tender spot. Take deep breaths and allow the foam roller to work out any knots or tension in your upper back muscles.

Foam Roll Stretch #3

Foam Roll Stretch #3Start by sitting on the foam roller with your knees bent and your hands placed behind you on the ground. Cross your right ankle over your left knee and lean to the right until you feel a stretch in your right glute muscle. Roll back and forth to work out any knots or tension in your glutes, then repeat on the left side.

Foam Roll Stretch #4

Foam Roll Stretch #4Start on your hands and knees with the foam roller under your thighs. Slowly roll the foam roller up and down your thighs, pausing when you reach a tender spot. Take deep breaths and allow the foam roller to work out any knots or tension in your thigh muscles.

Foam Roll Stretch #5

Foam Roll Stretch #5Start by lying on your side with the foam roller under your bottom thigh. Roll back and forth to work out any knots or tension in your thigh muscle, then switch sides and repeat on your other thigh.
