Hey y’all!
I found the perfect thing to keep me on track for the rest of the year - a free weekly planner! Check out this beautiful template:
Weekly Planner 2021
This planner has everything I need to plan out my week - a spot for each day with tons of room for notes, a cute design, and it’s totally free to download!
I don’t know about y’all, but I’ve found it really hard to stay organized during the pandemic. My schedule is constantly changing and I’m always forgetting something. This planner is going to be a game changer for me.
How to Use the Weekly Planner
Using this planner is super simple. Just print out the PDF and fill it in every week. Here’s how I like to use it:
Step 1: Add in My Weekly Events
First, I write in any events I have planned for the week. That includes work meetings, appointments, and social events.
By adding those in first, I can see when I have free time available for other tasks I need to get done.
Step 2: Add in Daily To-Dos
Next, I add in my daily to-do list. I break down bigger tasks into smaller chunks so that they’re more manageable and make sure to prioritize my work.
One thing I really love about this planner is that there’s tons of room to write out tasks for each day. I don’t have to worry about running out of space and can add in as much detail as I need.
Step 3: Add in Important Dates
Finally, I add in any important dates coming up. That might include birthdays, deadlines, or anything else I need to remember.
The great thing about this planner is that it has a spot for notes at the bottom of each page. I use that to jot down anything I need to remember but don’t necessarily need to do that week.
Why I Love This Planner
There are a few reasons why this planner is perfect for me:
1. It’s Free
As much as I love fancy planners, I don’t always have the budget for them. This planner is a great option for anyone on a budget.
2. It’s Customizable
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to planning. This planner allows me to customize it to fit my needs and schedule.
3. It’s Cute
Okay, let’s be real. The design is adorable and makes me actually want to use it.
