- Hershey’s Kisses
- Plastic sandwich bags
- Printable Elf Kisses bag toppers (see below)
Once you have your supplies, simply fill each bag with a handful of Hershey’s Kisses, fold the bag in half, and staple the bag topper to the top. That’s it! You now have a batch of delicious Elf Kisses that are ready to be shared with friends and family.
